Synopsis
Stress eating, binge eating, emotional eating and overeating are habits that can make us feel down or lost and vice versa. It can be difficult to feel motivated or empowered when we struggle with ourselves and our relationship with food.
One should understand our emotions and what drives our eating behaviour that may lead to eating habits that are difficult to control. This session will allow us to understand the reasons behind emotional or binge eating and the ways we can overcome them.
This course may incorporate videos, group discussions, and hands-on activities in its lesson plan to allow attendees to experience and understand the reasons why our emotions affect our food eating habits.
This course will equip attendees to understand emotions and their relationship with food, differentiate types of hunger and create nutritional strategies to overcome emotional hurdles around food.
