Synopsis
Most individuals will have their own personal health and fitness goals, but often do not know where to start and to formulate the strategies to achieve their goals.
Importantly, one should understand the difference between gaining muscle, losing fat and losing weight, before deciding on the right food intake for one’s body. Then knowing how much we should be eating and the types of food that would be beneficial for us could help one make the informed decision on their diet plans.
This course may incorporate videos, group discussions, and hands-on activities in its lesson plan to allow attendees to experience and understand body re-compositioning matters in fat loss and muscle gain.
This course will equip attendees to understand the science of fat loss and muscle gain concepts better and apply them to their everyday life.
