Synopsis
We have all tried all kinds of diets at one point in our lives. These include low carb, high fat, high protein, intermittent fasting, vegetarian and vegan. There are many types of diets out there claiming to work for both weight loss or health. Which are the ones one should listen to and which diet is best suited for ones health and body type?
This course may incorporate videos, group discussions, and hands-on activities in its lesson plan to allow attendees to experience the different concepts and comparisons of diets.
This course will equip attendees to understand the importance and benefits of a diet and which diet type is best suited to each individual.
