Synopsis
Health is now more important than ever, especially when everyone is stuck at home. Being stuck at home also means, having difficulty accessing the gym or even nutritious foods. In this course, we will learn a few things we can do to add to stay fit while still achieving our health goals.
This course may incorporate videos, group discussions, and hands-on activities in its lesson plan to allow attendees to experience ways to maintain their health while at home.
This course will equip attendees to understand the importance of keeping fit and having a well-balanced diet while being stuck at home.
